Personality
Hikansha's has a very strange personality that usually makes him hard to get along with. Wanting to be more like Kakashi and Gai he shares a mixture of their qualities. Living a more secretive and solitary lifestyle, and more detached demeanor like Kakashi. He's adopted Gai's "My Rules" Philosophy, and often refers to himself as " Konoha's Explosive Charkra Beast." He also randomly exhibits Gai's extremely energetic and over-enthusiasm when excited.

Appearance
Since he was young Hikensha has concealed the lower half of his face, no one has actually seen his face, except Hiruzen Sarutobi who had found him. Hikensha is a tall fair-skinned man with a similar build to that of Tobirama Senju. He has white spiked up hair with a huge bang hanging over his face, when he was younger he sported shaggy hair. He has red eyes with a dull expression similar to Yagura.



According to the Kamon Databook:

-Hikensha's hobbies are perfecting his taijutsu and ninjutsu.
-Hikensha's idols are Gai and Kakashi.
-He also has a crush on Ino Yamanaka.
- Hikensha thinks the only way he can be a good shonibi is to have Guy's overwhelming and powerful Taijutsu and extreme training regime, and Kakashi's Cool and calm demeanor, high leveled ninjutsu, and secretiveness.

- Hikensha is known as the "Descendant of Greatness" due to him being the biological son of the Fourth Mizukage Yagura, having the Second Hokage's genes, being the adoptive child of the Third Hokage Hiruzen, and being one of the most powerful creations by the legendary Sannin Orochimaru.


Abilities

Taijutsu:
When fighting taijutsu is the main tool he uses to crush his enemies. Do to the great physical strength his kekkai genkai gives him, Hikensha has a advantage over others. Also the great stamina it gives him allows him to train harder and longer than anyother regular shinobi, making it quicker for him to progress in his taijutsu. Hikensha is so skilled into taijutsu, he can evenly fight with a serious Might Guy, though Guy speed easily outclasses his.
Water Release:
It was thought that Hikensha had no talent in ninjutsu, but was later found out he is extremely talented in Water Release Techinques. He was injected with Tobirama Senju's DNA no sooner than he was born by Orochimaru, granting him great talent in water jutsus. He is skilled enough to perform high leveled water jutsus with out bodies of water.
Miraigan ( Literally meaning "The Future Eye")
Originally thought to be the legendary Rinnegan, but is found out to be a result of an experiment by Orochimaru in an attempt to create a artifical sharingan. It resembles the rinnegan in appearance, but powers differ greatly in ability from both the rinnegan and sharingan. The miraigan grants Hikensha the ability to see a few seconds in the future, or allows him to to see things in slow motion for 10 seconds.
Kikō:
Kikō; literally translated as Spirit Blast. Is a newly dicovered Kekkei Genkai Hikensha recieved at birth after countless expirements were done on him while still in his mother womb.This kekkei Genkai is a totally different type of chakra in its own, which Hikensha calls ki. It is more destructive in nature and more potent. It usually lays dorment in the user while they use their regular chakra. But if angered or excited the destructive power can be unleashed giving the user great power. Only a person a shinobi who has extremely high chakra control can use it at their own will. It can also be projected from finger, hand, mouth, eyes, or bodies to incinerate any target. This power is capable of being improved as their users' concentration becomes more adept. This kekkei Genkai also gives the user natural superhuman strength and stamina, making them very powerful fighter. There were many test subject who received this kekkai genkai but their bodies could not handle it and eventually exploded do to the raw power. Since Hikensha who was only who recieved this ablilty before being born, his body naturally adepted to it. Thus being the only survive.

Story
Unknowning to Konoha and himself, Hikensha was born in Otogakure in one of Orochimaru's laboratory. Several experiments were conducted one him while he was there, in hopes of making the first human chakra monster and Orochimaru's new body. The first major experiment was done one him while in his mothers womb, it was a experiment to create a human Biju that had the strength and immense chakra like a regular tailed beast. The process was a cruel a painful experience, Orochimaru would steal large amounts of chakra from highly skilled shinobi and the Nine-Tails chakra that was left behind after the Nine-Tails attack on Konoha then compresses the raw chakra all into one huge destructive power source. And fuse it into a subject, some subjects would last longer than others, but eventually suffered the same fate. Do to the tremendous power the subject would explode. Hikensha was a different case and the power was slowly fed to him through his mother like an IV, so his body would slowly absorb it while he grew.Thus, the birth of Kikō. But it payed a toll on his mother as she became weaker and didn't survive the child birth. No, sooner than he was born Orochimaru injected the DNA of Tobirama Senju into him to, to have his high skilled water release jutsus. He was put in a test tube until he grew old enough so Orochimaru could take his body. One day Hikensha became upset and confused why he was in such a place and no one let him out. His confusing quickly turned to rage triggering his Kikō, he easily breaking through the test tube. Orochimaru was aware of the power he held and called his shinobi to hold him off while he escaped. As he escaped the lab exploded and he assumed that Hikensha had self destruct do to the Kikō. But in Reality Hikensha blew the lab up with on of his ki projection. Hikensha awoke to a completely destroyed building that was now a fiery crater. With no memory of what happened, he began to wonder the land for other people. When he finally reached Konoha he pasted out from hunger and exhaustion. He was found by the Third Hokage, the only thing he remembered was the word "Hikensha" from his time in the lab. It means test subject.
